City of Falls Church

The Economic Development Office (EDO) of Falls Church provides assistance to companies interested in locating their business in the City. As a City-appointed advocate, the EDO is commissioned to:

• provide information,
• facilitate applications, and
• assist businesses expanding or relocating to the area.

The EDO maintains relationships with a variety of state, regional and local economic development organizations in order to provide valuable resources for businesses. The EDO also administers the City's Technology Zone BPOL Tax Abatement Program, which offers technology businesses exemption from BPOL taxes for up to three years.
